Before using Fastrak, Bradbury Hamilton used to produce reports manually, via an old-style Word template and it was a very manual and slow process. They also use intelliflo office as their back-office system which, when coupled with inconsistent data feeds from some investment platforms causes them to manually intervene and manually input those regular contributions and withdrawals.
