Chief Executive Officer

Robin Bevan

Robin has been an investor in Sprint from the time we started, and joined as chief executive in 2015. This is Robin’s third early stage/start up that he has run. Prior to his involvement in Sprint, he was a founder shareholder and chief executive of PayByPhone – the mobile phone payment business which has transformed the way that motorists pay for parking across London and other cities in the UK and North America. Before this he was a founding shareholder and chief executive of what became the largest single-sport website on the internet (now espncricinfo.com).

He’s the one with the hand on the tiller setting our direction whilst keeping the team focused on what they need to do. Robin enjoys walking up mountains in the summer; and skiing down them in the winter. He graduated from Cambridge University in Natural Sciences.

Business Development Director

Gary Shepherd

Gary knows his way round the industry like no one else – he’ll probably remind you that he met you a few years ago at an industry event (or perhaps in a bar afterwards?). He looks after all our business development activities – identifying opportunities, marketing, sales and works with the team on managing existing client relationships.

Gary started out as an IFA in the early 90’s but has been providing software solutions to IFAs for over 28+ years. He has extensive experience of both the advisory and discretionary sectors of the industry and intimately understands the workings of an adviser’s office and how software solutions are instrumental in enabling business’s to implement consistent processes.

Gary recently relocated his family down to the West Country, Gary is married with 2 grown up children, (who will not leave home!). He enjoys gardening and golf.

Software Development Director

Simon Hewerdine

Simon is our software development director. He began his career in research before moving into the commercial world where he worked on real time data distribution and trade capture systems, followed by a stint in consultancies with household name banks and finance houses in the UK and abroad.

Simon has a passion for exercise and the great outdoors, which came together when he co-founded his local parkrun. He continues to enjoy regular cycling and sea swimming. Simon holds an honours degree in Information Technology from De Montfort University.

Director, Chief Data Architect

Xavier Brown

Xav is our data architect and has been with Sprint Enterprise since day one. He has the tricky job of figuring out how to transform and reconcile vast quantities of investment data from multiple sources into a single set of accurate data. Fortunately he’s rather good at this - what else you would expect from someone who worked at Microsoft?

Head of Client Services

Nomita Wilkins

Nomita is our client account manager. She makes sure that our clients, whether they be financial advisers, platforms, or solution providers, get the maximum value possible from the solutions that we provide. With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, no one is better qualified for the task.
